• Where can I find the latest COVID-19 related store updates?

• Which BWS stores can I order delivery from?
  • BWS delivers to thousands of suburbs and cities across this big ol' island of ours.
  • To check which stores deliver to you, enter your suburb or postcode in the 'Set Your Store' section at the top of our website or App and select 'delivery'.
  • For all deliveries, someone 18+ with valid ID needs to be at the address to receive your order.
• How much does BWS delivery cost?
  • It's a flat 10 bucks for delivery (with a minimum spend of $30). We use local drivers with limited carrying capacity, so there's a maximum of 10 boxes per order for delivery.
• How do I track my BWS order?
  • Once you've placed your order, you can track it in your account: Login and go to My Account > View Your Orders
  • If you've ordered for Pick up, we'll SMS you when it's ready, usually in as little as one hour. If the Pick up store is closed, or closing soon, we'll SMS you in the morning when the store opens and your order is ready.
  • If you've ordered Delivery, we'll SMS you with real-time driver tracking, so you can follow your order all the way home. (Or office. Or mate's place. Or wherever.)
• Which BWS stores can I order Pick up from?
  • Pick up is available across all of our stores Australia-wide. That's more than 1,400 stores. How convenient.
• Can I nominate someone else to Pick up/receive my order?
  • Of course! They just need to be an adult. (Tall kids don't count, sorry!)
  • If you're sending someone else to collect your Pick up order, just give us their name and mobile number during checkout and we'll SMS them, as well as you, when the order is ready. They'll need to be 18 years or over and show us a valid photo ID to grab the order on your behalf.
  • For Delivery, orders can be received by anyone who is 18+ with valid photo ID. If the recipient looks under 25, their name, date of birth and ID will be recorded. If you are ordering within South Australia, the recipient will be required to sign a declaration confirming their name and that they are over 18+.
  • Please note, changing nominees for NT orders is not available due to territory legislation.
